Bangkok, Thailand – Red Sky, the popular restaurant with a view, is excited to announce the addition of the exceptional Gundagai lamb paired with Blue Foot mushrooms to its menu. These two premium ingredients combine to create a delectable culinary experience that will satisfy even the most discerning palates.

Imported from Australia, Gundagai lamb is renowned for its higher percentage of intramuscular fat or marbling perfectly balanced with lean meat. In other words, this is lamb of the highest quality. In addition, this prime meat is paired with Blue Foot mushrooms, a rare and highly sought-after mushroom, valued for its woodsy, earthy flavors and firm yet delicate velvety texture.

At Red Sky, Chef de Cuisine Christian Ham, known for his unparalleled skills in the kitchen, showcases the unique flavors profiles of these two special ingredients in a variety of dishes. These include the Highlight menus:
