Recognised for its unparalleled tenderness, distinctive flavour, and rich meat, the Challans Duck is a culinary delight prized by chefs and gourmands worldwide.

At the helm of Red Sky’s culinary brigade, Chef De Cuisine Luca Russo masterfully crafts a selection of dishes to celebrate the duck. Patrons are in for a treat, starting with a delicately smoked Challans duck breast paired with organic leaves, toasted almonds, and apple-infused balsamic priced at THB 790++. Those keen on indulgence can savour the Pan-seared foie gras complemented by apricot chutney, and Piedmont hazelnut crumble at THB 1,250++.

But the experience doesn’t end there. Dive into the warm embrace of Butternut squash velouté, enriched with truffled foie gras croquettes for THB 590++. The pièce de résistance of the menu is undoubtedly the Duck leg confit, balanced with fresh orange caramelised shallots and braising juice, tagged at THB 1,550++. Completing the Challans duck journey is the Pan-seared duck magret, harmoniously layered with beetroot, braised endive, potato mille-feuille, and a luscious red wine sauce for THB 1,650++, is available from 17.00 to 01.00 hrs. until the end of 31 October 2023.
