This weekly culinary event, through October, is a celebration of the rich culture, culinary delights, and traditions of South Tyrol, also known as Südtirol, offering everyone a taste of authentic North Italian culinary traditions.
South Tyrol’s Germanic heritage stems from its historical ties to the Austro-Hungarian Empire and has a predominantly German-speaking populace. Not surprisingly, South Tyrol embraces Oktoberfest as a nod to its cultural roots, blending Germanic and Italian influences in a unique celebration. It is this special celebration that Ventisi brings to the table with Südtirol Friday Night Buffet.
Guests can indulge in a mouth-watering array of traditional dishes that capture the essence of the region. From the savoury Tyrolean meatloaf and crispy pork knuckle to the delectable pork cordon bleu, every dish promises a unique gastronomic journey. The buffet is competitively priced at THB 1,390++ per adult (excluding beverages) and THB 695++ for children aged 6-11.
