Bangkok, May 2024 – Ventisi restaurant, Centara Grand at CentralWorld, is excited to announce its Tuscany Night with Black Truffles Saturday night buffet. This buffet promises an unforgettable culinary journey, designed to captivate the senses and transport diners to the lush landscapes and rich flavours of Italy’s renowned Tuscany region.
Set against the warm, welcoming ambiance of Ventisi, diners will be greeted by the gentle murmur of conversation and the enticing aromas of truffles and grilled Wagyu beef emanating from the open kitchen. The highlight of the evening are the Black Truffle infused delicacies, featuring melt-in-your-mouth Beef Tenderloin Wellington, rich Mushroom Soup, homemade tagliolini in a cream sauce, and succulent Beef Cheeks—all enhanced with black truffles. The buffet also offers a selection of truffle-accented dishes including poached salmon with hollandaise sauce, Wagyu beef teriyaki skewers, chicken roulade, mashed potatoes, white fish strudel, and Wagyu beef intercoastal with nam jim jaew.

Diners can also enjoy a variety of fresh seafood, appetisers, salads, and a selection of Thai and Italian main courses.
To conclude the gastronomic experience, guests are invited to savour a delightful selection of cheeses and decadent desserts.
The buffet is priced at THB 1,590++ per adult and THB 795++ for children aged 6-11. An additional beverage package is available for THB 149++, which includes soft drinks, drinking water, coffee, and tea. From 18:00 to 22:30 hrs. until 31 May 2024.
