Bangkok, April 2024 – UNO MAS, the popular Spanish restaurant at Centara Grand at CentralWorld, is adding a delicious new reason to visit on weekends! They’re now offering a special all-you-can-eat lunch buffet showcasing the best of Spanish cuisine, available exclusively on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Chef Roberto Gonzalez Alonso has curated a delectable selection, from vibrant tapas to decadent main courses and delightful desserts. For only THB 1,490++ per person, diners can embark on a flavourful journey from 12:00 to 4:00 pm.
The experience begins with a selection of tempting appetisers, including Octopus salad with orange and pomegranate, Salmon belly with miso and vegetables, and Crab tartare with avocado and caviar.
For the main course, guests can savour a variety of sumptuous options, such as Tuna loin with tomato chutney, crispy pork belly “torrezno” with paprika mashed potato, Beef cheeks in red wine stew with black trumpet mushroom purée, or Crispy chicken roll flamenquin with ham and tetilla cheese.
End the culinary adventure on a sweet note with delicious desserts like creamy Basque cheesecake, traditional Brazo gitano, Crema Catalana, Churros with chocolate sauce, and Pantxineta.
