UNO MAS at Centara Grand at CentralWorld has launched a delightful three-course Weekday Set Lunch menu. The menu features exquisite Spanish dishes created by Chef Roberto Gonzalez Alonso, using the freshest and most flavourful ingredients. Guests can choose from various starters, main courses, and desserts for a memorable lunch experience. The menu offers guests a variety of starters to choose from, including Duo of Croquettes (chorizo and mushroom), Tomato, Strawberries and Beetroot Salad, a chilled Ajo Blanco (almond soup) with red grapes, fresh herbs and croutons, Roasted Red Capsicum Salad with Quail Egg and white anchovies, and Smoked Salmon Mille-feuilles with Avocado Alioli and creamy dressing. The main course selection includes Oxtail Brioche Bocadillo, Slow-cooked Egg with Pisto Manchego (Spanish-style ratatouille), Iberian Pork Plumilla with Fresh Herb Butter and Smoked Eggplant Purée, Char-grilled Salmon with Roasted Endives and orange sauce, and finally Tortilla Española (Spanish omelette).
The lunch menu ends on a sweet note with Grandma’s Caramel Custard or Roasted Oranges with Crumble and Saffron Creamy Yoghurt and Catunambu Spanish coffee or tea.
The Weekday Set Lunch menu is now available at a discounted price of THB 690++ per person, which includes drinking water and a soft drink. In addition, guests can choose to add an alcoholic beverage of their choice, such as beer ‘cana’, Sangria, or a glass of Spanish white or red wine, for an additional THB 100++.
