Basque Grill Pop-Up at the Award-winning UNO MAS to Continue All Through March

After the resounding success of its Basque Grill pop-up, award-winning Spanish restaurant UNO MAS, atop the 54th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld, is delighted to announce its extension throughout March.

Led by Chef Roberto Gonzales Alonso, a native of the Basque region, the pop-up takes diners on a captivating culinary adventure through the robust heart of northern Spain. The menu features a selection of meats and seafood cooked to perfection over an open flame. The menu highlights include the celebrated El Capricho Chuleton, succulent Txistorra sausages, perfectly charred whole turbot, the traditional Kokotxas pil pil, and a tempting Basque-style cheesecake.

Complementing the food experience is an array of white and red Basque wines, each chosen for its character and ability to harmonise with the bold Basque flavours. With its slight sparkle, the zesty and refreshing Txakoli is a good example. Also being poured is the storied Sidra, a traditional Basque cider. The carefully curated beverages elevate the meal, ensuring a thoroughly authentic Basque dining experience.
